Israel confirms killing of potential Hezbollah successor Hashem Safieddine in October 4 Beirut strike

Israel confirmed it killed Hashem Safieddine, a high-ranking Hezbollah official set to succeed Hassan Nasrallah, in an airstrike outside Beirut. The strike also eliminated other top Hezbollah commanders, including Ali Hussein Hazima, and targeted Hezbollah's main intelligence headquarters.
